What day is it? How long has it been? It's 14-3 day...

At this rate, I am going to be totally cashed. Ah well...my new goal - finish the marathon. I don't even care how fast I am...

I finally got back to it yesterday, which I means I missed ALL of week 13, including an 18 miler. I ran 6 yesterday in 1:02:04. Pretty good pace.

Came home tonight and put the stairs on the deck I am building. Did I tell you that is why I missed all of last week? I would love to have gone running today, but I am exhausted.

Ah well...it's 5 miles tomorrow and then 14 on Saturday or Sunday....
